In 2024/12, a party was held by the Japan Expo organizers at a restaurant in the basement of Minato Ward, Tokyo. The guests are performers who usually entertain visitors on stage in Paris, France. It was filled with so gorgeous people that they couldn't lose to the sparkling chandeliers. I will report on the situation for the day.

[Case Study] Stained glass from Japan, just like a painting itself, brought to Paris

Maruyoshi Co., Ltd. created the sparkling stained glass “Maruyoshi Stained Glass Works,” which has its roots in Tokoname ware. I heard firsthand stories about why they are so rare and why they are leaving for Paris now. What is stained glass anyway? It means “baked glass,” and the type that is connected with lead is said to be “stained glass-like glass art.”
