“Gato” is a Japanese restaurant in Aoyama, Tokyo where you can enjoy kaiseki cuisine that makes use of seasonal ingredients. It is also known that they served meals at Emperor Heisei's “Enthronement Feast.” The work is displayed inside the store where tradition and modernity are in harmony, creating a space where visitors can enjoy their meals. In a high-quality space and a special feeling that only a limited number of people can spend time, we will appeal the goodness of the work to the fullest.
