Exhibit content

Gato in May introduces 10 works by artists who express everything from the beautiful natural beauty of Hokkaido where they were born and raised to the delicate patterns of people's hearts using special dyeing techniques.
It is familiar to people as one of the three major dyeing techniques that have been handed down in Japan since ancient times, and among them, works that use “wax dyeing,” which is said to be as close to painting as possible, heal people's hearts with a soft expression full of pure warmth, and deeply fascinate people.

Enjoy the many dream stories full of love and hope to your heart's content while tasting authentic kaiseki cuisine.
