“Gato” is a famous restaurant in Aoyama, Tokyo where you can enjoy authentic kaiseki cuisine in a space where tradition and modernity are in harmony.
It is also known that they eaten meals at the “Emperor Imajo Enthronement Feast,” and the menus from that time are also displayed inside the store.

The October Gato presented 10 works by calligraphy artists who pioneered a unique calligraphy called “Hanasho,” which uses vivid colors, and richly described for nature = the Source of life.
“Nature is a place where you can connect with your soul and feel the joy of living, and it is a source of mental and physical energy. From that beauty, gentleness, and severity, I am getting wisdom, learning, and inspiration to live a rich and happy life. Now is the time for respect and love for nature, humility and compassion.”
Her work, which says so, resonates with the viewer's heart a sound of hope and desire a healing space.
