“Gato” is a famous restaurant in Aoyama, Tokyo where you can enjoy authentic kaiseki cuisine in a space where tradition and modernity are in harmony.
It is also known that they served meals at the “Emperor Imajo Enthronement Feast,” and valuable menus from that time are also displayed inside the store.

In November's Gato, we are introducing 8 works by artists that express the expanse of a different dimensional space with bold compositions that split the screen in two with a straight line and use vivid colors.
His work, which combines his affinity for Western modern abstract art with Japanese aesthetics such as “wabi/sabi” and “the beauty of white space,” will make viewers discover new concepts of painting.
