Hope Kumamoto recovers as soon as possible
WABI-SABI will hold a charity corner calling for understanding and support for the Kumamoto earthquake.
A talk session is scheduled for 7/8 (Friday), and Kumamon's energetic appearance will also be shown on other stages.
Also, it is an initiative to let Parisians know the current situation and prospects of Kumamoto through panel exhibitions introducing scenic spots in Kumamoto and sales of charity badges.
The first day of the Japan Expo, 7/7 (Thursday), is “Tanabata Day” in Japan. While making visitors familiar with Tanabata customs, we will also set up a Tanabata experience zone with “special Kumamon tanshu” and bamboo sticks to send messages of support to everyone in Kumamoto.
