New year! Notable projects to participate in 2025

April. It's an exciting season, like opening the first page of a new notebook. The Japan Promotion Association has begun various projects this year as well. This time, I would like to introduce all the main exhibitions and art fairs I have planned to participate in this year.

It's finally starting! Dubai art fair

Dubai's international art fair “World Art Dubai” will mark the beginning of the new fiscal year from 4/16 (Wed) to 4/20 (Sun). More than 300 galleries and artists from over 50 countries and regions around the world will be exhibiting in a town where wealthy people from all over the world gather.
One additional hall has been added to this year's venue, making it even more powerful! In addition to the length of the exhibition, which starts at VIP night on Wednesday night, events that shine a spotlight on many artists, such as the “art walk” where you walk through the stage with their works and the awarding of various awards, are attractive.

‍Also at the Paris Art Fair in October

“Art Shopping Paris (Art Shopping Paris)” is also waiting for us in Paris, which shines in autumn colors from 10/17 (Fri) to 19 (Sun).
After all, it's an art fair located in the basement of the Louvre Museum, called “Rouzel du Louvre.” The traditional opening party “Vernissage” is held on Friday night, and the venue is bustling with many Parisians Parisiennes. This is a great opportunity to learn firsthand about reactions to works in Paris, the city of art, and exchange opinions.

250,000 people are excited! Japan Expo Paris

Prior to Art Shopping Paris, we met 250,000 Japanese fans in Paris in July. Japan Expo Paris (Japan Expo Paris), which will be held from 7/3 (Thu) to 6 (Sun) at Paris's international exhibition center, Paris Nord Villepinte, is a comprehensive exhibition of Japanese culture representing the world.
The traditional Japanese culture pavilion “WABI SABI” operated by our corporation is the largest scale of 1500 square meters within the same event, and will introduce unique Japanese creations. The number of repeat customers shows how much visitors are obsessed with items that can only be found here.

There were 160,000 Japanese fans in Barcelona in December

Barcelona, Spain stands out during the Christmas season. We will be exhibiting for the second time this year at “Manga Barcelona (Manga Barcelona)” to be held from 12/5 (Friday) to 8 (Monday/holiday).
It is the largest Japanese cultural event in Japan, which celebrated its 30th anniversary last year, and as the name suggests, this event, which began in the wake of “comics,” now disseminates a variety of Japanese culture, including food, sports, and Japanese. The pavilion “NAGOMI” operated by our corporation is the only traditional Japanese culture pavilion created through enthusiastic offers from the organizers.

In addition to this, we also support the activities of artists and businesses throughout the year, such as holding solo exhibitions at home and abroad, and contract sales in Paris.
