The venue is the tourist information center “Moshi Moshi Box” in Harajuku, Tokyo. In addition to introducing recommended tourist spots, we also provide useful information about staying in Japan, from how to eat sushi well to Harajuku's latest entertainment. For foreign tourists, it is a spot that can be said to be an information center for Japanese culture as a whole.
Workshop content
The “Cheering Battle Workshop” was held on 11/5 (Sat). Everyone from Seishun Oendan Gamushara (Seishun Oendan Gamushara) was invited as lecturers. Japan's unique “cheering battle” culture has been sublimated into new entertainment, and active activities are being carried out in various places to spread it around the world.
Immediately after the workshop began, the powerful performance performed in front of the clock tower, the symbol of the Moshi Box, caught the attention of people coming and going to Harajuku.
While there are many people who were surprised and impressed by the sharp movements and shouts, what attracted the attention of young people was the learning appearance of everyone in Gamusara. Both middle school and high school wear blazers, and many students, both men and women, including school boys who have never worn school runs, say “That's cool!” “cute!” Voices flew around.
Workshop participants actually wore school runs and tried out dances used in cheering battles. The man and woman who came to play from New York had expressions of emotion in their enthusiastic voices and manners one by one, and said, “It's amazing! The best performance in Japan!” and rave reviews.
Also, it was popular among children, including elementary school boys who were on the cheering team at the field day, and it was seen that they enjoyed receiving enthusiastic guidance from everyone at Gamusara.
Under the clear autumn sky, the moshi box was filled with people's lively smiles.
