A well-known art fair in France for 3 days from 2022/10/21 (Friday) to 23 (Sun)”Art Shopping Paris” was held as the 30th edition (30th edition commemorating the 30th edition) fair at the “Carrousel du Louvre” in the basement of the world's leading art museum “Louvre Museum.”
This year, Art Basel, which is the biggest art fair in the world, was held as “Paris+ par Art Basel” for the first time in Paris, France during the same period (10/20-23), so the city is absolutely full of art! Famous art-related people and fans from around the world gathered,Art Shopping ParisThe venue was also filled with more visitors than ever before.
Our corporation has developed a 144-square-meter booth, which is the largest in this venue (largest ever). Not only did it play a central role in the art fair along with 102 works exhibited, but it also received high praise for its high quality, with many works actually concluded.

First, “Vernissage,” which is open to invited guests for a limited time
On the day before each work is shown to the public at art fairs and exhibitions, etc., a reception where VIPs and media personnel are invited to the venue and alcohol and snacks are served, that is the “vernissage.”
This time it will be held from 19:00 on 10/21 (Friday). There was already a long line at the entrance of the venue on the day, even before the opening time, and I realized once again that trust and expectations for this fair in Paris are very high. Although it was raining in the morning in the city on this day, it cleared up before noon and the temperature rose, and it was a perfect day to go out, and the visitors lined up also had a somewhat happy expression... The entire entrance was filled with an uplifting atmosphere.
Naturally, once the doors opened, it became difficult to walk in no time. Even under such circumstances, famous celebrities and media people eagerly appreciated the special gifts that arrived from Japan all the way away. It was a spectacular opening, which foreshadows the success of the fair.



A vernissage that was very exciting for many people. Over 20 exhibitors who have traveled to France also participated and enjoyed a gorgeous moment at the beautiful venue where their works were exhibited.
Furthermore, when one of the exhibitors, Hanane Aomi, performed her live painting performance for the first time at the venue, it became so crowded that it was difficult to even approach, and it attracted attention. Respect for beautiful things, and love for the artists who spin them. Once again, I felt the closeness and passion that Parisians have for art.

The 2nd and 3rd days of the exhibition are open to the public!
Now it's time for the real thing. On the 2nd and 3rd day of the exhibition, which is open to the public, there were many visitors at the venue, which exceeded the expectations of our corporation, as if inheriting the excitement of Vernissage.






At our booth, we introduced a system where exhibitors' profiles and concepts are translated into French, uploaded to the site, and read through QR codes. At the venue, many visitors were seen eagerly reading these with a smartphone in one hand and watching over the works with emotion while touching the exhibitors' backgrounds and feelings, and there were many visitors who asked questions to the staff at the site.
Also, the exhibitors who have traveled there have been many exchanges with Parisians through their works. It seems that conversations and episodes were born between people who love art very much in different countries and felt a strong response to each other.



Visitors encounter unexpected art, and artists get hints for future creations while interacting with people of different values and ages, and being able to put into practice such wonderful initiatives, which is also one of the attractions of the art fair Art Shopping Paris.
It was purchased by people of all ages
The madam came to see it three times and finally decided to buy it. I stopped by on my way home from the Louvre Museum, and although I had no plans to buy it, I found a work I liked and bought it. The couple said, “They always only buy works of art that they are satisfied with,” and that art has become a form of communication between the couple. Also, a young man who challenges price negotiations over and over again because he really wants to present his favorite work to his girlfriend, etc... The purchasers also had feelings for various kinds of art.

We will never forget our days in Paris, the city of art in October 2022.
