Job Overview

We perform the following operations and management tasks for events such as festivals, exhibitions, and art fairs held domestically and internationally.

Main business content

[Schedule/progress management]
Based on projects drawn up in-house and contracts with customers, we communicate with local agencies to determine the venue and schedule, and manage each operation schedule. Regarding the progress management of each event, we stand with each department within the company and customers, and act as a facilitator to disseminate information and make adjustments.

[Product Information Management]
Information on products, art works, etc. from customers exhibited at each event is collected and data is created. Based on this, we manage and store each exhibited product, and prepare documents for transportation and export. [Product/Work Management] We keep and manage products and works exhibited by customers. For exhibited products that are delivered daily from many customers, arrival details are shared with other departments within the company, and inspection and repackaging is carried out at the warehouse.

[Transportation and export business]
We arrange transportation and import/export of products and works to be exhibited at each event, and logistic management is carried out from the domestic warehouse to the venue event venue.

[Event management and arrangement business]
We will arrange supplies, personnel, and other resources to hold the event at the venue. We will also prepare materials summarizing instructions and information to carry out necessary work in cooperation with local partners.

[Construction/exhibition management business]
We will take command of the staff and contractors regarding the construction and exhibition of booths and pavilions.

[Post-event work]
We will return the exhibited products and works to customers after the event, and carry out everything from progress management to shipment of items delivered after the fact, such as reports. Progress management is carried out until all services are delivered to all customers.

Projects are being developed domestically and internationally, and they are working on popular pavilions for events ranging from Paris, New York, and San Francisco to Dubai for tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of people. Furthermore, in addition to events, we provide various services such as publications, various productions, product development, and PR planning to artists, companies, local governments, etc. that are creators of Japan.

salary

Monthly salary of 280,000 yen or more
※There is a trial period of 6 months (same treatment during the trial period)
*The above includes a fixed overtime fee of 67,104 yen for 40 hours. If you exceed a certain amount of overtime hours, you will be paid overtime pay separately from the fixed overtime pay.
※Salary increase: at any time
