JapanManga Night

Japanese culture is growing in popularity even in the center of Europe

JapanManga Night is a Japanese cultural event held every year from 2002 to 2018 in Davos, Switzerland. It featured a wide range of content, not limited to manga and anime, from film screenings to festivals outside conference venues, business meetings, rock concerts, and cultural workshops and parties. As a cultural event for all ages, it promoted mutual understanding and mutual respect between Switzerland and Japan for over 15 years, providing opportunities for like-minded people to meet. Japan Promotion is developing a traditional and regional culture pavilion “Ya A-MA-NE.” A new aspect of “Japanese culture” was conveyed to the visitors.
