Job Overview

Planning and accepting exhibitors for art and culture-related events held in countries around the world, such as Paris, Dubai, New York, Miami, and Singapore

Main business content

You will be asked to carry out everything from selecting candidates for each event to exhibition negotiations, customer management, and event management. We are involved in all processes from planning to order acceptance and delivery. In the future, please acquire the power of a producer who can produce various events. 

Eligible persons

◎ Those with language skills are welcome, those with no sales experience are welcome

Work location

Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo

working hours

Staggered attendance system 8 hours a day core time (11:00 to 18:00)

Form of employment

Full-time employee

salary

Monthly salary of 280,000 yen to 350,000 yen (determined by experience and skills)
The monthly salary above includes 40 hours of fixed overtime. (67,104 yen to 83,880 yen)
If it exceeds 40 hours, overtime pay will be paid separately from the fixed overtime pay.

Treatment and benefits

Transportation expenses regulation payment (up to 20,000 yen per month), fully equipped with social insurance, childcare support system

Holidays/vacations

Complete two-day work week (weekends) and holidays
Summer/winter vacation, Golden Week leave, maternity leave, childcare leave, paid leave, congratulatory and condolence leave
※120 days or more of annual holidays
