Fumon Takahara “Today Right Now”

A book containing the creative trajectory of Takahara Fumon, who has been pursuing unique expression for 48 years both domestically and internationally.

Based on the traditional beauty of wabi-saku, this attitude of constantly challenging new forms is alive throughout the work, based on the themes of “separation of defense” and “innovation from the past.”

This book was compiled in conjunction with a solo exhibition to be held in Paris Saint-Germain-des-Prés, and was published as part of an official program sponsored by the Embassy of Japan in France and the Japan Tourism Agency.
