“Gato” is a famous restaurant in Aoyama, Tokyo where you can enjoy authentic kaiseki cuisine in a space where tradition and modernity are in harmony.
It is also known that they served meals at the “Emperor (current emperor) enthronement feast,” and valuable menus from that time are also displayed inside the store.

Exhibit content

The April Gato introduces 10 works by calligraphers that express creative views of the world. A group of works that go beyond the framework of existing concepts and interweave dark lines that seem to dance. Although it is a letter, it is highly designed and has a harmonious shape without waste. Please enjoy the new world of art reached by intersecting lines, calligraphy and design intersecting, and history and modernity intersecting.
