“Gato” is a famous restaurant in Aoyama, Tokyo where you can enjoy authentic kaiseki cuisine in a space where tradition and modernity are in harmony.
It is also known that they served meals at the “Emperor (current emperor) enthronement feast,” and valuable menus from that time are also displayed inside the store.

Exhibit content

The November Gato introduces 10 beautiful and delicate mandala paintings drawn using pointillism.
The author says that a number of works named “precision pointillism mandalas” express a gate (door of mind) connected to the universe (heart) within humans. Please enjoy not only the beauty of the modeling, but also the warm works that lead the viewer “towards the light.”
