“Gato” is a famous restaurant in Aoyama, Tokyo where you can enjoy authentic kaiseki cuisine in a space where tradition and modernity are in harmony.
It is also known that they served meals at the “Emperor (current emperor) enthronement feast”, and valuable menus from that time are also displayed inside the store.

Exhibit content

The March Gato introduces 10 works by calligraphers fascinated by the possibilities of letters.
What is depicted is the changing of the four seasons in Japan, a heart of apology and loneliness. In the midst of her busy days, why don't you look back at the Japanese taste you had almost forgotten, along with the beautiful, powerful, and sophisticated characters created by her hands.
