Exhibition space

“Gato” is a famous restaurant in Aoyama, Tokyo where you can enjoy authentic kaiseki cuisine in a space where tradition and modernity are in harmony.
It is also known that they served meals at the “Emperor (current emperor) enthronement feast”, and valuable menus from that time are also displayed inside the store.

Exhibit content

For 2 months from April to May, Gato introduces 10 works by SHO artists who pursue unique expressions.
An expression created by the scent of ink, the rhythm of Japanese paper, and the flow of the brush. The vibrant and gorgeous characters, as if dancing on a pure white stage, deeply stimulate people's imagination.
Enjoy a futuristic SHO (book) that combines tradition and innovation while enjoying authentic kaiseki cuisine.
