“Gato” is a famous restaurant in Aoyama, Tokyo where you can enjoy authentic kaiseki cuisine in a space where tradition and modernity are in harmony.
It is also known that they served meals at the “Emperor (current emperor) enthronement feast”, and valuable menus from that time are also displayed inside the store.

In October's Gato, we introduce works by Japanese painters who delicately express the emotions that suddenly arise in everyday life. The expressions, appearance, and gaze of the women expressed by her detailed depictions of her, who says, “I want to make that beautiful yet ephemeral moment eternal by expressing it as a picture,” have a quiet impact on people's hearts.
