“Gato” is a famous restaurant in Aoyama, Tokyo where you can enjoy authentic kaiseki cuisine in a space where tradition and modernity are in harmony.
It is also known that they served meals at the “Emperor Imajo Enthronement Feast,” and valuable menus from that time are also displayed inside the store.

The January Gato introduces 10 works by Japanese painters who skillfully depict flowers blooming by the roadside and life dwells in casual landscapes.
Using art materials unique to Japanese painting, such as natural mineral paint, Japanese paper, and gold leaf, the work carefully depicts seasonal flowers will give the viewer a sense of glamor and peace.

While enjoying authentic kaiseki cuisine, please take your time to enjoy the quiet appearance of seasonal flowers blooming.
