“Gato” is a famous restaurant in Aoyama, Tokyo where you can enjoy authentic kaiseki cuisine in a space where tradition and modernity are in harmony.
It is also known that they served meals at the “Emperor Imajo Enthronement Feast,” and valuable menus from that time are also displayed inside the store.

In December's Gato, we are introducing 8 heartwarming watercolor paintings that focus on scenes from the four seasons in Japan.
The gentle transition of light, the nature of the hometown, and the activities of people. The unique sense of transparency due to careful application of paint gives it an attractive taste.
