“Gato” is a famous restaurant in Aoyama, Tokyo where you can enjoy authentic kaiseki cuisine in a space where tradition and modernity are in harmony.
It is also known that they served meals at the “Emperor Imajo Enthronement Feast,” and valuable menus from that time are also displayed inside the store.

Exhibit content

It was a pleasant season with warm sunshine and a fresh climate. The Gato in May introduces 10 works by pressed flower artists.
Ukiyo-e and Japanese-like scenes expressed with seasonal flowers are full of vivid colors and beauty. Please enjoy the many fresh works that combine the artist's warm sensibility of nature with precise techniques using pressed flowers.
