内容： 導線を意識したレイアウト調整、デザイン改善 ページ単位でのデザイン調整および軽微な修正の継続対応、表示崩れや読み込み速度などの基本的な改善対応 CMSを用いたページ追加・更新
◎自社ECサイト（https://wabisabistore.net）のリニューアル
内容： Webflow・Shopify 等の既存ツールを用いたECサイトのリニューアル制作レイアウト作成・ページ制作・情報設計・デザイン・実装、既存コンテンツの整理・移行（必要に応じて）
※フルスクラッチ開発は想定していません
※公開後の保守・改善まで見据えた設計を重視します

内容： クライアント向けWebサイトの制作・改修、Web広告用のバナー制作・クリエイティブ作成、イベントページやキャンペーン用LP制作

Webデザインの実務経験、既存サイトの修正運用経験、CMSを用いたページ制作／更新経験
【歓迎する経験・スキル】
・ECサイトの制作または運用経験、WordPress／Webflow／Shopify等の使用経験
・Figma 等デザインツールの使用経験、バナー／LP制作経験
・UI/UXや導線設計、CVR改善経験、技術的SEO（構造・速度・内部リンク等）の知識
・アート／カルチャー／海外イベント等当法人の事業領域への関心

Monthly salary of 280,000 yen or more
The monthly salary above includes 40 hours of fixed overtime. (81,484 yen to 107,845 yen
If it exceeds 40 hours, overtime pay will be paid separately from the fixed overtime pay.
■Working 4 days a week, monthly salary of 280,000 yen to 380,000 yen
The monthly salary above includes fixed overtime for 25 hours. (54,945 yen to 74,569 yen)
If it exceeds 25 hours, overtime pay will be paid separately from the fixed overtime pay.
■Working 3 days a week, monthly salary 250,000 yen to 300,000 yen
The above monthly pay includes 20 hours of fixed overtime. (52,819 yen to 63,382 yen)
If it exceeds 20 hours, overtime pay will be paid separately from the fixed overtime pay.
